What is Natural Leadership?

Natural Leadership is an experiential learning program offered to small groups of up to 6 participants in the Rotterdam area. With both the 1-day master class and the 3-day intensive program, participants develop their skillsets and explore leadership concepts through hands-on training and interactive group exercises. New leaders will clarify their roles and receive tips on guiding others through important business change. Participants will learn to build courage and empathy, develop resilience, and discover their natural leadership style.

What you'll learn in the Natural Leadership Program

Authenticity

You will explore the paradox of authenticity in the workplace, learn to lead from your most authentic self, and identify practical ways in which you can lead authentically today.

Leadership

You will examine leadership stage-by-stage with interactive exercises and business simulations.

Self-reflection

You can expect in-depth self-reflection, case discussions, and practical activities and tools design to help you gain clarity and confidence in your most authentic self – all within today’s organisational context.

Mindfulness

You will develop mindfulness and authenticity in order to build trust, create engagement, and promote productivitiy.
