After 15 years working with Royal Dutch Shell as a team coach and trainer, I decided in the spring of 2019 to launch my own business, The Loop MC. Every day I use my energy and enthusiasm to help individuals, teams, and companies determine their goals and achieve their dreams-so that they can thrive!
As an organizational and career advisor with 20 years experience in learning development and career coaching, I tackle questions related to personal effectiveness, talent management, and career development. Working together to address your needs and build on your unique traits, I can help you identify strengths and talents, while also addressing areas for future development.
I am caring, strategic, and results oriented. Using positive psychology, I will challenge you with creativity and humor to dig deep, identify your questions, and find real and practical answers.
I continuously challenge myself on my own path to self-discovery and fulfillment, so that I can help guide you on yours. Today, due to my own transformations, I can stand confidently on my own feet, enjoy life, achieve my goals, and deal with any obstacles that come my way. I want the same for you.
Outside of the office, I am a volunteer coach to students struggling to make educational and career choices. I also serve as an ambassador within Rotterdam-Rhijnmond schools for VHTO (Dutch Expertise Bureau), which encourages girls to pursue technical roles.
As a mother of three adolescents, my family is my biggest source of inspiration. They give me infinite energy and the passion that drives my work!
