THE LOOP MC: LEARNING NEVER ENDS
The Loop MC supports companies interested in upscaling or rescaling their workforce through learning and development opportunities. We deliver training and coach individuals and teams who are ready to take the next step in their journey of self-discovery.
Our story began in 2012. I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and started to learn amazing things about my personal growth and leadership. In the spring of 2019, after 15 years of successful projects in the Learning & Development field, I decided to leave the corporate world and create a new path through my own company. I started THELOOP to help and support others in their growth. THELOOP symbolizes multiple cycles of personal development. Organizations and individuals learn in multiple loops.
The infinity symbol, or “The Loop”, stands for a never-ending learning and growth process. Our work, therefore, focuses on developing people, teams, and organizations and helping them reach their big goals. “MC” stands for massive change or support during transitions.
I was delighted to start a coaching and training bureau to help others make their dreams come true. THE LOOP Learning means discovering endless future possibilities if we are brave enough to embark on a self-discovery journey.
